Dont Waste your MONEY-Nothing is covered
Do not bother purchasing this protection plan. They cover ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!. I purchased a vacuum cleaner head and the wheel broke off. Product broke and they call it an "accidental damage" so it's not covered. Tell me what else would go wrong with it. It is just a vacuum head. Why is there a protection plan if NOTHING is covered. Completely wasted my money.

I had such great support from Square Trade. They replaced (actually gave me my purchase price) even though it was under manufacturer warranty period. LG gave me such a horrible time and took hours and needed to have my receipt that had the serial code printed on it. Well, my receipt did not have that printed. Square Trade requested that I try to get manufacturer to stand behind it first, but assured me that if they gave me a hard time, just give them the reference number for the call to the manufacturer and Square Trade would replace it right away.
That's what I did, and that's what they did.
I forgot to register or notice that I needed to receive an email from them in the beginning. However, Square Trade helped me walk through that when I needed to use it, with no problems.

Square trade makes its problems into the customers problems.
I had submitted the receipt for my product, now they say they lost it and I have to resubmit it but I can not as their system says they all ready have it on file so I can not re submit it.
they had 8 hours to fix this error but did not now their going to take my time to call them on the phone when i'm all ready busy enough.
