5and the built-in camera settings provide an easy transition from a point-and-click camera
By E. Thompson
There are many reviews of this camera over on the main Sony Alpha a6000 page. I'll just say that as a novice photographer, this camera has everything I could want and more in a body that's much smaller and lighter than a DSLR with the same sized APS-C sensor. The autofocus is crisp and clear, and the built-in camera settings provide an easy transition from a point-and-click camera.

This bundle from Focus is a really well thought-out package. In particular the a6000 does not come with an SD card and if you take video the large capacity card is ideal. The spare battery and wall charger also come in handy because the camera runs down batteries fairly wast with the WiFi and big screen. There are also goodies like an SD card reader, lens cloth and brush, a filter for the kit lens, software, mini tripod, and a sturdy camera bag big enough for the camera and both lenses with room to spare.

5Amazing!
By Millie
Simply put this camera is amazing. I have thrown all kinds of environments and scenes at it and it has handled all of them perfectly. The auto focus is incredibly fast and smooth. And the number of shots it can take per minute is crazy. As for this bundle the extra lens is great, and having two extra batteries for no extra cost is a no brainer. The memory card is huge and fast, and the case is a great started case.
I do have to point out that the price is all over the place, sometimes it varies by $150.

5Perfect starter bundle at a great pricepoint
By Gary Situ
Perfect starter bundle at a great pricepoint. For the price that I bought it at (it was on sale at $800 down from $1200) you could easily get one single, decent, DSLR, while this bundle contains all the necessary equipment to take semi-professional, more hobbyist, photos.

If you've never had a DSLR camera, and are wondering if this is a good bundle know that it really is. It may not be the versatile sets of equipment you see professional photographers run around with, but at $800 how could you complain? This same price point for the whole package is usually the price you see for a single camera, let alone an extra lens, carrying case, tripod, cleaning equipment, as well as a solid 128 gig SD card.
