This unit works perfectly as advertised
By Albert Dewey
I first tried Chromecast but discovered that was a waste of time. This unit works perfectly as advertised. One thing to note - if you cannot achieve direct line of site from the transmitter to the receiver, it will not work. They do state this very clearly in the product description, so if you buy it and you expect it to work where there is no line of sight, then you have only yourself to blame. In my case, I was easily able to set it up this way and it works great - perfect audio and perfect video every time, in fact it was nice to watch the Superbowl on multiple screens in my house because of this.

Works as described.
I give this 4 stars because it works exactly as described. Picture and audio are clear and in sync, no issues there. The requirement for line of site is no joke though, even walking between the transmitter and receiver causes the stream to stutter. Based on reviews of similar products I'd guess this is a limitation of the technology. All in all it feels like a quality product. It really is plug and play, but you'll need to be mindful of the positions of the transmitter and receiver. It works well for sending signal from my desktop computer to my tv (after some fenangling with screen resolution and audio device settings.) If you can get away with using cables over wireless tech I would recommend it, otherwise this product serves it's purpose.

Waste of money.

I wish I still had the original box for this thing because it's junk. Can't get it to work at all, no matter the distance between receiver and transmitter, same room or different rooms, clear line of sight or not. The two simply will not pair.
