5This is the VR game you have been waiting for, and the psvr aim is an absolute must.
By Saint Shane
This is the VR experience I've been waiting for. It is a fully fleshed out game. It is stunningly beautiful. The aim controller is so fluid and accurate in game you feel it helps put you in the experience. It is not an open world experience, but is highly cinematic and has a compelling story line. There is no end to how beautiful the visuals and sounds are. As for the game because you are right there in game this is the most real and adrenaline packed game I have ever played. At times it is too intense and I had to take a break just to catch my breath. I have yet too finish it. I am stuck on a boss level so I can't speak to length of game play, repeatability and I am not sure what the coop game is. But so far so good. I would give this game perfect marks on everything.

5Like Starship Troopers? (And No Motion Sickness!)
By Murphy
PlayStation VR games have been hit or miss with me. I loved Arkham and Job Simulator--and Thumper was a good time while it lasted. Although I own Starblood Arena, I cannot play longer than 15 minutes without wanting to vomit. I was super excited about Robinson, but was struck with the sensation that I had just gorged myself at an all you can eat burrito buffet and had to lie down. So, I hung up the old helmet until Farpoint arrived on my doorstep yesterday. Upon unpacking the box, I was surprised that there was a weight to the gun controller. It doesn't feel cheap like I thought it would. I was thinking from images that I would have to fit my motion controller into a bracket, but the piece is already attached.
Upon firing up the game, I was immediately surprised by the graphical fidelity. Were my expectations low? Maybe. But then the actors started talking ... and it they are good. The facial capture is also nicely rendered. After a brief stint in space and a crash landing, I started to explore the rocky canyons. And then the gunplay started. Leaning into my rifle scope put a devilish grin on my face. How does this work so well?! Space spiders explode in gloppy fragments and the shotgun and rifle I have unlocked so far feel weighty and satisfying. Want to change your gun? Just throw the weapon over your shoulder. And the best thing for me? No motion sickness at 2 hours! I have to say, I am impressed.

The one thing I did notice was that calibration on my rifle was a bit off from where my hands were but I think in my excitement to start I calibrated the unit wrong. It also has you select your height. Since I am 5'6 and short, I felt like a Jawa in-game when I looked down at my feet. So I plan on taking more time to calibrate during my next play.

If you are a fan of Starship Troopers and VR, this is the first one that has come along in some time that truly has gotten me excited again for the future of VR possibilities.

5Holy Cats!
By Chad Schommer
This gun works very well and the gameplay is excellent. It feels like Doom and Halo but in VR and with a gun you can aim down the sights, it feels new and fresh. Not the most mind blowing story ever but really sets the tone for FPS in VR titles. I see there is a list of other titles that will also allow this gun to be used and hope that we hear more from Sony in June. Great addition to PSVR.
