4Good headset for the price.
By Mr. Pappagiorgio
I'm not going to complain too much about a $10 headset, but I do wish the cord was longer (only about 3'). I thought this would be an easy fix. Apparently, connecting to RJ9's cables and/or creating an extension is not a common thing. The volume is a bit low, too, so you may have to increase the volume on the phone base (if possible). I only use it occasionally, so it works for me.

I presume this item would have worked (generally). And I accept that the seller says it will not work with "all" phones. But how about a list of what it does work with since I tried it with two phone services/makers and it didn't work. So either provide a list (even a tentative list of services it is identified as working with) of phones it's good for or don't bother selling. Also, even though spelled out in the specs, you don't realize how short the cord is until you try to use it - you are confined to directly in front of your phone. I give two stars because I should have returned it earlier. Sorry...kids, jobs, life.

1Tiny cord. Yuck
By aafrahg mamieeaj
Beware! The wire for this headset is only about 2' long. Don't purchase this headset unless your workstation allows you to be hunched directly over your phone at all times. I stood up to stretch while wearing this without thinking and it pulled my phone off my desk. Yes, I did see the photo of the phone cord on this page, but I thought that was just to show you what it looked like; I didn't think they'd actually be stupid enough to make a product so useless! Will be returning this. Sorry!
