5Superb Adapter for Providing HDMI Functionality for a First-Generation Google Chromebook Pixel Computer
My first-generation Google Chromebook Pixel computer is equipped with a Mini-Display Port, but it does not feature an HDMI Port. For this reason, I procured the Cable Matters Gold-Plated Mini-Display Port to HDMI Male-to-Female Adapter, which facilitates the transmission of entertainment content from my Chromebook Pixel computer to my television. This Cable Matters Adapter is small, unobtrusive, well-constructed, and functions perfectly, and I give it my highest recommendation.

4Great Product, Bad Product Description. People Looking for 3 Monitor Setup Read.
By cliffman1992
I gave this 4 stars because it works like advertised, it's cheap and it came fast. However, the product review fails to mention if this is a passive or active style of adapter. It happens to be passive. This means if you're like me and running a higher end graphics card trying to run 3 monitors, the 3rd monitor just will not work. Basically because of this, I'm right back where I started. However the product itself if very nice, and the connections feel tight. Just beware if you're like me, you'll need an adapter that costs about and extra $10.

5Works with Surface Pro without a hitch!
By Desiree
Got this to replace my 5-year old failing adapter. I have used this with the original Surface Pro without problems. Very happy with the product for the price it costs, since we dont have cable and do a lot of streaming off the surfaces (Netflix, PBS, ect.) we needed a cord that was worth it without having to replace again very soon with so much use. So far this thing is holding up great, has not taken more than a second or two to pop the display up on the TV and have had no issues with sound or picture quality.
