My Fire TV Remote stop working so I went to their website to file a claim hoping to get a replacement. I go to file a claim and it says the website is under construction/maintenance and they'll be back soon...That message has been there for the past few months. If I call i'm on hold for so long that i hang up.
So i finally just contacted Amazon customer support and within 5 minutes they set me up with a replacement remote that should come next week when the remote is back in stock.
What's the point of this damn protection plan if i can't contact them?!
And i have these protection plans for multiple products i've bought online, this was the first time i had to use it, and now i'm dreading if i have to use it for anything else.

Only partial shipment received
It has been over two weeks since Nov. 26, when I placed my orders, and over a week since I received the Amazon Fire streaming media player. However I'm still waiting on the HDMI cable and the 2 yr product protection plan that I purchased with the media player.
